In this short tutorial I'll show you how to fix this error: ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
Error reproduced:
root@Hercule:~# ssh 192.168.0.1
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
root@Hercule:~# ssh -vvv 192.168.0.1

Fixing solution:
# cd ~/.ssh/
# mv known_hosts known_hosts.tmp
